  You've got to answer the phone! I called to ask a question about a Christmas tree, but could not reach the operator. (My first call, so I didn't have anybody's extension. Website said to call for cost to have a tree strung with lights.) I tried both 800 and 262 numbers, but no one picked up. Tried four times over span of 20 minutes during heart of business day.

  They had a large selection of plants and flowers along with home and garden/patio decor, apparel, and a cafe. It was a nice store just pricey and some of the workers have the entitled vibe about them. Overall a pretty store though.

  Pam Borgardt did a spectacular job with all the floral arrangements. First, she did it on a very short notice. Second, she really tied it into our tropical themed wedding perfectly. Third, she was wonderful to work with and executed my Hawaiian vision impeccably. Not only would I recommend using Pam for your next event, but I will definitely use her again for mine!
