  We had great customer service here. We were greeted nicely and one of the women running food out to the drive thru customer held the door as we were leaving. Food was hot and fresh! With all the negative comments on here come on up to Milwaukee they will show you poor service!

  This is by far the worst McDonald's I have EVER been to. Every time I go I have to pull up from the drive thru and wait for an extended period of time. I've been through the drive thru 4 times and only one time I have received the right order. All four times I had to pull up. One time there was no one even behind me. I haven't been there because of this in over a year. So finally yesterday I went with a co-worker and her kids before a school event. They really wanted McDonald's and it was the only thing close enough with the time we had. We get there and theres a lady buying 5 or 6 gift cards. There had all these people and the line was out the door. Some of them were just standing around. Finally after about 5 minutes they attempted to open another register. Then it took an extended amount of time to even get our order which was mostly chicken nuggets and fries. It took so long the cleared the drive thru at least 3 times and that is saying something for this McDonald's. I would say the whole process took at least 15 to 29 minutes. So above were it states people use spend 15 minutes here it's referring to the duration that wait for their food when one person is in front of them. If you're in the back of the line good luck. Not one person apologizes or even recognizes this is an inconvenience, because sadly it is the norm. I understand sometimes this happens, but ask anyone who has been to this specific one they will tell you the same thing. Moral of the story- Go somewhere else even if you want McDonald's and drive out of the way you will still get your food 5 times faster and the correct order.
