- 2 / 5By Amber SabinToday I ordered a pretzel nugget combo which was a little pricey, but I'm okay with pricey if it is worth it. Not only were the pretzels cold and old, but the woman working behind the desk was extremely rude to me. I understand the clientel at Regency can be rough, but I was friendly and gave her no reason to provide terrible customer service. I will never spend my money there again.
The only reason I am giving "2 stars" is because not all locations are like this.March 25, 2017
